Tell Us The Vision of Your Outdoor Garden
We meet with you to review your goals and challenges of your garden. With that in mind, we look deeply at your vision, style, and possible budget. It’s good to note that the design is a fact finding process of what the actual costs it would take to make your vision a reality.
DESIGN, BUDGET, PRESENTATION & SCHEDULE
After site measurements and photos, we present a conceptual landscape plan along with a detailed budget. We discuss design options and finalize a cost that is acceptable to you. Upon agreeing to the drawings and budget, we enter into a written agreement for the work. We usually ask for a small deposit, which allows the client to be scheduled on our construction calendar.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS!
The first stages of the actual construction are demolition, grading, utilities, and irrigation. Next are all masonry items such as patios, walls, kitchens, fireplaces, and fountains.
Once the hardscape is near completion, we email plant pictures of your suggestions along with our recommendations. We then meet with you to review and decide plant choices. Plants and trees are delivered and set in place for your review and approval.
COMPLETION OF WORK
Upon completion of work we meet with you TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE 100% HAPPY! You receive a package that includes names of materials used, landscape care instructions, irrigation map & legend, copy of original plans, and final reconciliation of costs and expenses.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE
We refer you to our in-house maintenance department for the critical ongoing care of your new garden.
